Words cannot express my complete and utter disdain for this restaurant and the experience I had there last night. If I could give this restaurant negative one million stars it still would not even be worthy of that rating. I drove all the way from Anderson to have lunch here today. My oldest son and I met my youngest son and my dad there. We got there at 1:45 and they had already been inside eating. When the waitress finally came to the table after we had been sitting there 10 mins, my son and I ordered from the all you can eat lunch menu. 1/27/24 approx 6pm Food good, service good. But extremely unprofessional to have servers vaping inside near customers and at the counter where the sushi is made. I don’t leave reviews often and almost never complain but this was unacceptable.

worst dining experience of my life. we drove 35 minutes to come here because it was recommended by our friend. It took an hour to get my first roll and my server Stefani was gone for over 40 minutes without checking on us. after asking for my food she became rude and distant and rushed us out the door. it seems that since we were a party of six she knew she was going to get 18% gratuity regardless of her service.

Poor customer service. Rude hostess. My elderly parents had a doctors appt in Greenville and thought let’s stop here afterwards. It was 2:15 pm . The menu clearly states 2:30 pm is when lunch ends. They were told they could not order sushi. At over 70, they would not have eaten a lot or taken a lot of time. Very disappointed in how they were treated. We will not be going back there.

First time, last time customer. Worst food service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Took over 2 hours after we ordered to even receive PART of our order. Talked to the first manager and the only compensation she offered was free soft drinks! Talked to a second manager and he offered only 15% off our bills, even though not one person in our party of ten ever received their complete order. If I could leave zero stars I would. Management is absolutely incompetent. It took over an hour to get our sushi. The guy bringing out the small entrees would just throw it at you. Our server was great bless her heart. The servers are over worked and management could careless. I definitely will never be back
