My boys and I have been TWICE already, with plans to return soon! The sushi is super fresh and clean, and the portions are perfect for all you can eat. Their hot/cooked food is also great - my son ordered multiples of the teriyaki steak and hibachi steak and shrimp! The staff is super nice and incredibly attentive, returning often to make sure there is no big breaks between orders. Finally, what’s not to love about their price?? We went on a Saturday evening. Overall decor was beautiful. Lanterns and umbrellas hung from the ceiling. When you walk in, there is a No Face statue with his hands out holding mints which I thought was cute. Both food and prices are comparable to other places. Some of our favorites are takoyaki and their size is large. It's difficult to find something like this in Richmond so we were happy with that. Service was great! Will definitely be back!

Prices are fair and food is good and comes out fast but the time between being seated and serviced was way too long which is I think is more of a disorganized issue than service issue. Staff is friendly and willing to help so I will be back!
