The waiter was very slow, the fries were soggy. The fish and the shrimp were good. Not the same as the location on Willowbrook. Fast service and great food.
RecommendedFood was really good and drinks but the customer service was TERRIBLE!!! Them black girls working the floor had attitudes did not greet us and the waiter with the glasses was forgetful and service was very slow! Won’t be back not welcoming at all.
I just left this place after waiting about 15 min. Waitress never came to even take a drink order. It wasn’t even full to say she had full tables everywhere. We asked another server if someone was going to come take our order and even then no one came. This would of been our first time here but after the experience I will probably never come back.
The waitress was horrible,bartender don’t know how to make drinks and management stuck. I will not go back 👎🏽👎🏽
Still here.. took 50 minutes for our drinks... we didn’t even get straws for all our drinks and waitress won’t even look this way. Can’t comment on the food because we haven’t got it yet. 🤷🏻♀️
I'll be sticking with willowbrook location. there has been a change in the taste of the food for about a month... whoever does the boil seafood now, terrible job,
02/26/21 The Juicy Crab Houston Hwy 6 North straight lied! My son and I just left after waiting more than an hour to be seated and receive our food. I know frozen crawfish when I see it. Once I received my order of boiled crawfish and began to eat I instantly knew they were frozen. Manager Devin attended to a table opposite of me. Once he was done I called him over to ask the very question "were the crawfish frozen?" Overpriced!!! I don’t like the fact that you have to pay a 18% tip when it’s a party of 6!!!! It wasn’t like the waitress did anything special!! Then $2.50 for a can soda only Bc of the water issue!! That’s ridiculous!!
