The food and the service was excellent the music on the other hand had cuss words in it and was unappropriate for families with children.
We ate here today (opening) and the food was delicious especially those green beans (a must try). The main course take a little longer but we didn't mind since the appetizer came quick. You guys must try the calamari OMG its crispy yet so soft inside. We also love manager NAN. She is so bubbly, and witty and very cool. We had so much fun talking to her. Overall we enjoyed dining in here and we love all the food. We will go back for sure. P.S - thank you manager Nan for serving us today. You are the best!
Slow service. Crabs would not crack, they were old.

We went in today to try the summertime specials that are posted on this Facebook page and their website only to be informed they don’t honor any specials because they are a corporate location and not a franchise. Poor advertising and the waitress was pretty rude too.
The waitress we had today was very good at her job, I believe she was the ONLY available server in the building today. The host was not friendly at all. The only words she said to us was, “4” and then we just followed her to the table. No friendly hi, how are you doing, no smile or anything. Not a very good experience our first trip to this location.
I wanted to send this review over to you for the 13150 City Station Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218 location. I also wanted to express some concerns with some of the food that I have received. For some background I phone ordered a Juicy Combo #4 which comes with 1/2 lb of Mussels and Shrimp. This also has some crawfish in there with some potato and corn.
