Waitress Autumn H needs training. Very poor service. Asked for water, no ice with lemon, water returns with ice. Asked for gloves and seafood cracker tool…took 20 mins to return with gloves…responded that stock was being replenished. Never received crackers. Asked for side of lemons, told there were not any. Walked around slow with no interest of wanting to work and lack of focus.
Racism exist I said it!!! Went with my granddaughter and I and the black waitress waited on every black couple that came in after us. Never got a drink. Nothing. Made us walk around a spill that stayed there the 16 minutes we waited , went to leave I said, we are going , we never had a waitress and was told See ya who cares I’m getting this out everywhere If you are white. Don’t go
Service was horrible waited for 30-40 mins to be seated after waitress sat people that came in after us. Then after being seated for 20 extra minutes NO ONE came to the table to even greet us or take our drink order but a few tables that were sat after us had received their food and were eating. The Manager did not come to speak to us as requested but I was able to come to CAJUN CRAB to be seated and SERVED quickly in half the time it took for us to even sit down.
why oh why is it so hard to get somebody to ask you how your meal is or if you need anything? They look at you and keep walking! Bartender disappeared into the back over and over ignoring her customers. So annoying
Terrible service We sat for 25 minutes before we got our drinks!
Our server was very kind and professional but the kitchen and the food was horrible. The kitchen messed up 3 of our 4 orders. T food has spice but no flavor and plenty of salt. I am so disappointed.
Food was salty , service sucked
The SERVICE WAS GOOD, BUT THE SEAFOOD IS VERY SALTY,SALTY,SALTY..
our waitress worked very hard...but the service of food from kitchen was awful!! all orders of boiled food was served to the group and then an hour later the fried food came to the rest!...and the price for a 4 oz dbl shot cocktail was ridiculously priced @ $17,50 (crazy)
