I will not be back first my server took my food when I asked for a check and he saw I was still eating, I never got asked if I wanted a refill on my drink I maybe saw him twice not good at all and all the food was bland and I asked for it to me mild but it was bland, when they bring out your food it comes in a bag with what looks like a dog food bowl for a big pit bull

The wait once you are seated is horrible!! They don’t come to the table and offer a drink or anything. Sat there for 20 minutes and walked out. Will not be back nor will I recommend this restaurant!!!

Not a fan. Waitress forgot our appetizer because she had a lot on her mind. Her words, not mine. Plastic fork to eat a 20.00 meal, nope. I asked for garlic butter only no Cajun spice therefore it seems they doubled the Cajun spice. Ate about a third of my plate and asked for a takeout box even though I knew I would not eat it and I got a plastic bag that when I tied as she suggested , burst. This was mine and my family’s first time eating here tonight. Our food was cold, our server never came to check on us, he never refilled our drinks, never asked if we needed anything else, and would always walk off before we could ask for anything. I would normally be lenient if the restaurant was packed, but there were hardly anybody in there and we saw him standing around talking to the other servers. Not going back.

not happy with our first visit here. service was really bad took a very long time to get our food. our server came to the table once in an hour and that was because we ask another waitress walking by if we could get drink refills. he told us he'd been all over the place and was basically to busy to help us. the fact that they charge a group gratuity for 6 or more guest just gives them the go to treat us poorly because they know they're getting tipped anyway.. our table tip was 30$ for very poor service! we had 6 people in ou... read more

Our family ate here last night. The food was good. It was well cooked and perfectly seasoned . That was the good part. The place was busy and the hostesses were overwhelmed trying to handle seating people and to-go orders. Our server was nice but he had too many tables to effectively give good service. We waited for about 30 mins for the appetizers. Our drinks were empty and we had to specifically ask for refills. Our food took about 35 to 40 mins to come out. Very rude waitress. I asked four times for clampers to break my crab legs after her telling me they didn’t have any she finally brought some out. She claimed they didn’t have real silverware and made me use plastic fork to break into CRAB! After ten minutes of waiting on our drinks she barley put any ice in it. One of the friends sitting with us asked for ice she looked at us and said they didn’t have any when there’s clearly ice in our cups. The girl was just to lazy to do her job.
