This was mine and my family’s first time eating here tonight. Our food was cold, our server never came to check on us, he never refilled our drinks, never asked if we needed anything else, and would always walk off before we could ask for anything. I would normally be lenient if the restaurant was packed, but there were hardly anybody in there and we saw him standing around talking to the other servers. Not going back.

not happy with our first visit here. service was really bad took a very long time to get our food. our server came to the table once in an hour and that was because we ask another waitress walking by if we could get drink refills. he told us he'd been all over the place and was basically to busy to help us. the fact that they charge a group gratuity for 6 or more guest just gives them the go to treat us poorly because they know they're getting tipped anyway.. our table tip was 30$ for very poor service! we had 6 people in ou... read more

Our family ate here last night. The food was good. It was well cooked and perfectly seasoned . That was the good part. The place was busy and the hostesses were overwhelmed trying to handle seating people and to-go orders. Our server was nice but he had too many tables to effectively give good service. We waited for about 30 mins for the appetizers. Our drinks were empty and we had to specifically ask for refills. Our food took about 35 to 40 mins to come out. Very rude waitress. I asked four times for clampers to break my crab legs after her telling me they didn’t have any she finally brought some out. She claimed they didn’t have real silverware and made me use plastic fork to break into CRAB! After ten minutes of waiting on our drinks she barley put any ice in it. One of the friends sitting with us asked for ice she looked at us and said they didn’t have any when there’s clearly ice in our cups. The girl was just to lazy to do her job. When we visited this establishment it was nothing but chaos, unorganized, and lacking leadership. An absolute disaster from the start.

Food portions not worth the price…. AND NO ALCOHOL EXCEPT BEER WAS A AWFUL EXPERIENCE

It took a Hour to get my food then 2 of my orders where wrong and the waitress didn’t come back for refill on our drinks. I will try again but no time soon.

Placed a to go order at 5:00 pm and here it is 7:00 asked to speak to a manager multiple times for him to say he saw the order back there not to be able to bring the food out. I was given a refund but customer service was definitely poor several people ordered after me and received their Togo orders in no time. I’ll just stick to going out of town to juicy crab. I hope it gets better and the way the manger manages situations are a better approach.
