Cleanliness needs to improve. As me and my family were seated, I watched several employees walk over food that was on the floor. This went on for at least 30 minutes. The fried fish was fried so hard it was not edible. It was more breading than fish. For a $100 dollar meal, I expected better.

I wish FB reviews allowed reviewers to select "Maybe" instead of just "yes" or "no" for recommendations... because that's what I'd say: MAYBE. We had a group of seven who were meeting at the Willowbrook location at 4pm on a Saturday. It was pouring rain, so a few of our party were running late due to traffic issues. Four of our party arrived on time; however, the hostess who "greeted" us (I use the term loosely) was rather rude and completely apathetic... she acted like we were bothering her by simply walking in the door... read more

1st time great experience. 2nd time August 27th 2022, my daughter asked to go to Juicy Crab, TERRIBLE experience...started with awful hospitality the girl sitting down, not a smile, not very welcoming, I even said to her smile. The waitress semi attentive (Simone). we needed an extra table and asked for a table, no one helped. We had to get the table ourselves, not one of your employees helped. I went on 5/31. Waitress was super nice but the food was really salty. I order steamed rice and it was HORRIBLE. The rice wasn’t even edible the rice was still hard and stuck together in clumps. I ordered extra hot flavor for my flavor and it tasted like mild. The corn also had a bland old taste to it. I went around 12:30pm

We came to this location to celebrate my niece 16th birthday. My daughter food came out 25 minutes after the rest of our party. I had to ask for the manager to come talk to me. The manager came to the table acknowledged the server was at fault, yet he was not trying to make right of the mistake. They didn't sing happy birthday to my niece. The service at this location is HORRIBLE and I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never be back again my food was salty and the prices are unreasonable for the amount of food you receive. There was a mistake on the menu and I was still charged despite the obvious “misprint” that was discussed. It was only a $3.50 discrepancy but we’re paying almost $100 for the experience and leaving a suggested tip they could’ve handled the discrepancy! The staff was nice but unfortunately that wasn’t enough.

Every time we order our order was WRONG. I called to let them know they made it sound like it was my fault. so we gave up, the food is great no doubt about that. and we don't live around the corner from y'all.
