We came to this location to celebrate my niece 16th birthday. My daughter food came out 25 minutes after the rest of our party. I had to ask for the manager to come talk to me. The manager came to the table acknowledged the server was at fault, yet he was not trying to make right of the mistake. They didn't sing happy birthday to my niece. I will never be back again my food was salty and the prices are unreasonable for the amount of food you receive. There was a mistake on the menu and I was still charged despite the obvious “misprint” that was discussed. It was only a $3.50 discrepancy but we’re paying almost $100 for the experience and leaving a suggested tip they could’ve handled the discrepancy! The staff was nice but unfortunately that wasn’t enough.

It’s wasn’t good at all. The hostess n manager were so friendly but the food wasn’t good.
Not enough food for the money you paying
Every time we order our order was WRONG. I called to let them know they made it sound like it was my fault. so we gave up, the food is great no doubt about that. and we don't live around the corner from y'all.

seafood was dirty 🤮 I was very unpleased with the dirty on crab legs and shrimp poop in it butter had no flavor whats so ever I got the flower that had everything in it.. it was pure butter !! very disappointing and we paid 62$ that night absolutely worst I've been to for seafood!! price wise portion wise ,flavor wise do not waste your money!!

Literally the worst seafood I’ve ever had , I honestly felt like I got robbed . I spent $100 and the boiled seafood was awful . The sauce tasted burnt and it was over cooked. The crawfish were all black just disappointing . I’ve heard great things so either everyone was lying or I got a really bad batch. I was so ready to become a lifetime customer because I love seafood but I will not spend another penny here 🤦🏾♀️

This review has nothing to do with how their food tastes. I placed an order over $100 just to show up and be told it was given to someone else with my very uncommon last name. How?! The website says to bring ID and card paid with and uetnthey gave my order to someone that had neither! Then on top of that I then get treated like I have to steal crab legs or something.
