We came to the Juicy Crab to celebrate a birthday. This was our first time here. We sat at our table at 2:58 pm but we didn’t see our server ( Krystal) until 3:15 pm. We ordered our drinks and our food. We received our drinks at 3:38 PM. One of my colleagues glass was chipped, Krystal brought a new glass over and poured the old drink into the new class. Drinks Are Okay Depends On What You Get but Not Worth The Price.....The Food Is Okay but The Proportions You Ask For Are Not What They Give You

Recommendedthis place is going downhill with their terrible service. We were told a 20 minute wait that turned into an hour they blamed that my buzzer was not working put us in line again at that point I was too tired to leave in find another place to eat. The girl saw a sitting there the whole time they were seating everyone else and paid no attention that we should have been seated long ago. Place order at 4 got up and walked out at 4:40 without any food being delivered.
Start by getting better server's! we had to wait and plus the waiter was terrible serving us! we will not return👎

food is good. service is terrible. my bill was $162. she charged my card $184. then said the couldn't fix it, but offered me food to take home or a coupon for$12 off next visit . unbelievable

Although the atmosphere was pretty nice the food was rather bland. I prefer 7 Spice but it’s more of a take out spot. So I decided to try juicy crab which is more of a sit-down spot. Very disappointed. My waitress forgot about us literally 5 times. She forgot my water, my take home boxes, and my sauce. Even though I complained about the taste, my boyfriend asked me to bring him something home and of course she forgot about his food.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE!! From the waiter to the manager.
My husband and I went to try the food and we got the seafood platter and the wings. The wings was disgusting and the seafood platter bag was too. the sausage was salty and when added to the sauce, it was super salty.. I will stick to my Swamp City and Lotus.. I do not recommend this place to anyone.. Sorry..
