seafood was dirty 🤮 I was very unpleased with the dirty on crab legs and shrimp poop in it butter had no flavor whats so ever I got the flower that had everything in it.. it was pure butter !! very disappointing and we paid 62$ that night absolutely worst I've been to for seafood!! price wise portion wise ,flavor wise do not waste your money!!

Literally the worst seafood I’ve ever had , I honestly felt like I got robbed . I spent $100 and the boiled seafood was awful . The sauce tasted burnt and it was over cooked. The crawfish were all black just disappointing . I’ve heard great things so either everyone was lying or I got a really bad batch. I was so ready to become a lifetime customer because I love seafood but I will not spend another penny here 🤦🏾‍♀️

This review has nothing to do with how their food tastes. I placed an order over $100 just to show up and be told it was given to someone else with my very uncommon last name. How?! The website says to bring ID and card paid with and uetnthey gave my order to someone that had neither! Then on top of that I then get treated like I have to steal crab legs or something. He prints out a whole copy of.my order to cross reference to my cellphone email back to they show ldhavw had that energy for the people they gave my food to! I ... read more

My family of 5 adults and 2 children including myself drove all the way from New Caney on Wednesday to enjoy some seafood when we arrived there was a wait of course and we expected it because of limited capacity in restaurants after the wait we came in and brought us to two separate tables when asked why the young just said we couldn’t sit together. We came to the Juicy Crab to celebrate a birthday. This was our first time here. We sat at our table at 2:58 pm but we didn’t see our server ( Krystal) until 3:15 pm. We ordered our drinks and our food. We received our drinks at 3:38 PM. One of my colleagues glass was chipped, Krystal brought a new glass over and poured the old drink into the new class. Drinks Are Okay Depends On What You Get but Not Worth The Price.....The Food Is Okay but The Proportions You Ask For Are Not What They Give You

this place is going downhill with their terrible service. We were told a 20 minute wait that turned into an hour they blamed that my buzzer was not working put us in line again at that point I was too tired to leave in find another place to eat. The girl saw a sitting there the whole time they were seating everyone else and paid no attention that we should have been seated long ago. The food took an hour and a 1/2 to come out and forget getting a refill on our drink much less ask for more crawfish and then wait another hour ... read more

Start by getting better server's! we had to wait and plus the waiter was terrible serving us! we will not return👎
