The Albany, Ga location took my money for items they KNEW they did not have and then REFUSED to issue a refund. I was called a b*tch because I asked for MY money back. I will NEVER go to any other Juicy Crab and will be pressing charges for FRAUD with my bank.
Monday night, restaurant is pretty much empty. The servers set up our table, we were just waiting on two more of our guests. We asked to sit at our empty table and start without them. The manager refused to seat us even though we had elderly members in our party and an infant. And then she got a really nasty attitude about it. We walked out and refuse to go back to this location. Our server Jo, had great customer service kind, patient, and very accommodating with the large party we had !! Update… By the end of the dining experience it was a disaster in many ways management should learn how to delegate workers so that you can have a enjoyable experience no matter the size of the party. To be honest I had a good server and the food tasted great but it took forever to get there. When I received my calamari it had a surprise piece of shrimp in it and I am allergic to shrimp. Since we are a seafood restaurant, there is no way to guarantee certain cooking proceedures to protect someone with a shrimp or shellfish allergy. (as an example). Went to eat there 9-11-20. Service was horrible, food was dry. The worst part was having our male waiter verbally attack me while I was talking to the manager. It needs to be called dry crab not juicy crab. Would not recommend to anyone and I live 9 hours from here and out crab is way better.

Waited 2.5 hours only to get home and my food was wrong!!!! They are very disorganized as far as this order pick up goes. I ordered online an hour before coming and still had to wait 2.5 hours for it. Food was extremely spicy and I order extra mild. Phone not working and didn’t receive the other half of my order. I will never go to this location again.
