So lol I was honestly tickled when our server (Faith) asked us how was the food. My friend was very honest and it felt like she got a bit offended saying no one had ever complained. I told her this has to be for people who don't know no better. So we were told the wait would be 1 1/2 hr. It wasn't 30 min. Faith was really nice no complaints on her service. Food was good. Cam was an awesome waiter. However, the hostess was terrible. There was no real collaboration between the two. I was told it would be a 35-40 minute wait after providing her with my last name and spelling. After a hour of waiting, I asked the other hostess how much longer. She states, “ I don’t even see your name”. Then, she said oh they been called you but she misspelled your last name. No one was apologetic, it was more of you will be seated next. Seafood is my favorite and juicy crab crabs was boiled because the crab leg was very rubbery and the meat was sticking to the crab leg. Good crab is suppose to be steamed so that when u break the leg the entire meat comes out and the season was to salt and very grease. If u want sticky, greasey, rubbery and salty crab this the place for u
Good food and timely attentive Wait Staff. Not to sure about weight of my food though stated a 1/2 lbs of shrimp but seem a little below that. Still very good
Ok so I hear people talking about how great the juicy crab is. I came once was not impressed. I tried it one more time it was worse than the first time. The food is ok. The service is horrible. I will never come here again.
We waited 1.5 hrs. It wad supposed to be 45 minutes. The waitress was very friendly and went over the menu with us. It took 1.5 hrs. and another 20 for the steamed. The manager had to bring it out in between that time we saw no one. It seemed very unorganized. The kitchen wad clearly behind. The flavor was ok but I believe in paying for service so I likely won't be back, especially in a weekend add it seems the demand is too great for the staff. I came for my birthday on Sat. The food was good service sucked! I ended up leaving in tears.
First time eating at this place. I decided to take my mother for her birthday last night 1/25/18. The food is good but my experience with my server TT was horrible. She took forever to great us, took forever to bring drink couldn’t find her when we needed a refill. My mom ate Spicey Food so she needed water, it took us 5 Times asking for water to finally get water and to top it off as I said before I took my mom for her birthday and the server refused to give my mom a birthday song because she simply didn’t feel like it.
