Customer Service was a bit rough. Find another location.
Walking in the hostess just looked at us not saying anything I told her 2 please. She kept looking at table chart, looked around the corner, looked at chart, then called over another girl, looked at chart again, then walked away. Finally came back said come with me. Took us to table slapped down menus and walked off. Waitress to help us was very nice, explained the menu. She was great! Food was ok, steamed shrimp in a bag... probably would not go back.
Went for Father’s Day and got there right as they were opening the doors. We were sat right away in a nice booth by the window(I believe table 506).... ask for it instead of sitting in the HUGE dining area where it’s nothig but 4 tops back to back. Dad and I both got oyster on the half shell- very good. Mom got the green mussels since they dont serve the black mussels anymore. Mom said they were very chewy and hard to eat. No denying the food here is amazing but overall management for this Smyrna branch has left a lot to be desired. Servers can only do so much to make up for it.. My last visit was on April 2nd. So turned off and disappointed with the change of the layout (removal of the booths). It's so blatant that this was to maximize capacity (and profit). The spacing between tables is almost invasive. My family is from Louisiana so my expectations are always high for seafood especially cajun or creole and this just was ok not as good as I expected and the crawfish were not good at all... over cooked and no seasoning but the shrimp and snow crab was decent the boiled eggs need garlic butter with the seasoning. If you’re not used to great cajun you might think this place is the bomb but if you know better you know its just ok
My mother has food poisoning she there yesterday 4/13/18 I only have one mother and I feel someone should be checking up on her from this place send a fruit basket something love her daughter
The employees are rude and their service is horrible. Take a trip to another Juicy Crab.
