I WENT YESTERDAY FOR THE FIRST TIME BAAABY THIS WAS SO NASTY SAUCE WAS GREASY AND SALTY ASS HELL THAT'S NOT THE JUICY CRAB SAUCE THEY JUST USED DIFFERENT HOUSEHOLD SEASONING ION SEE HOW YALL EAT THERE I'LL NEVER PAY THEY ASS AGAIN NOW ATLANTA JUICY CRAB IS THE REAL DEAL

The waiter Will and other staff were very nice and professional but the food was so terrible. I’m a big seafood 🦞 lover and if it’s good I will finish it all but it was awful! The seasoning didn’t have any taste it was extra greasy but there was no butter anywhere in site . It was just bad our stomachs were messed up morning after . We got the Mother’s Day special, fried green beans , hush puppies, and the wings were disgusting 🤮

The hospitality and service isn’t the best at the Winchester location. We entered at 2:55PM and was immediately seated; however, we waited nearly 15 minutes before a server greeted us. The host sat us and acted as if her job was done. She is wasn’t welcoming While the sever was nice, it was clear that he was overwhelmed with the number of tables assigned. The worst experience they came out on three separate occasions after we waited for an hour and a half to tell us there was no crawfish, no mussels, no oysters which means they shouldn’t be in business PERIODT

I was told to wait at 8:30 Saturday night 20 for minutes outside in my truck and the lady at the front door would come out and get me to be seated. She explained that I had to have cash and I said that wasn’t a problem. I waited 30 minutes and decided to go in myself and after waiting in line an additional 10 minutes I was told by “Angel” that I won’t be seated at all bc the boss said they were no longer seating. Our experience was awful to say the least. We were greeted at the door by very pleasant staff & manager (Angel),…but our waitress needed to be at home with her feet kicked up,…because that’s just how nonchalant she was about being at work. She did not input our order properly, then when I tried to ask about,…she told me what I ordered,…& offered NOTHING afterward. As I stated what I ordered,…she again TOLD me what I ordered. Called to ask when was the last seating , and woman over the phone told me 11. I asked again to confirm because that's when they closed at said 11. I show up at 10:18 to be told the kitchen was closed and no longer seating guest. Which would have been fine had I not stood there for 8 minutes without acknowledgement of personnel. Unacceptable.
