They then gave me undone shrimp on two different occasions and manager didn’t take it off my ticket I wasn’t tripping though just poor management overall.
Ordered 2 / 1lb orders of shrimp through the Uber app and received 1lb. Split into two bags. Spoke to the manager on duty and was told we needed to bring it back which defeats the purpose of ordering through Uber. We will not be ordering from this establishment again.
Very slow and unorganized. Online ordering is a joke. Waited over an hour for my food. Ended up asking for a refund. Was told a few different things, before I was told they can’t do it because it’s a third party and I need to refer to the confirmation email to initiate refund.
Do NOT ORDER ONLINE... smh. Waited over 2hrs and they still hadn’t made our ONLINE order. We asked for a refund and the manager tell us they can’t, it’s through a 3rd party site. So we had to email them and wait 3-5 business days to get a refund. Smh. It’s Saturday so we had to wait. Smh
we went and ask for a table of 18 party including 7kids and 2 babies. 45 min under the sun waiting outside. and by the moment we were waiting 22 persons received a table , we ask for diferent tables and there was no answered. Sorry racist place.
the wait for carryout was horrible,,,the servant was not nice trying to conduct orders,calls and pick up and was screwing up all the same time,,,the real problems was the was ok but I love seafood,,,I do understand that it's about the cook not this time,,,,it was the quantity,,,now I went to Nashville and the price nor the was TOTALLY different,,1st.off for $37 I got 1 lobster, 1potatoe, 1dried up corn,and a half dead crableg so small the motor was Brown and dry,,my purchase in Nashville was 35 military discount apposed ... read more
Sat at our table for over 25 minutes. Never to even get a drink order asked. Not one person came to ask us. We got up and left. I give this place maybe 6 months before it’s run down and closed. Way to say classy Memphis. NOT
It’s was eatable; I shared a special crab leg combo. It was too oily. I do a very good crab boil and my family in Kentucky do a very good crab boil in their wagon periodically to sell. I would not go back on my own. Plus I am a die hard New Orleans sea food person, so I am real critical of other’s sea food dishes.
I made an online order that quotes 30min wait ok. Waiting and I go pick to pick. It’s not ready we will call you. Ok. Here I am a whole hour and a half later. No call. Ok. I talk with manager sorry we don’t know have anything to do with online the times don’t match we call u b/c we never no what time your order will be ready it depends on how busy we are. Ok coool. But when is it ok to make ppl wait over an hour and a half and counting for food with no curtesy call or nothing. NEVER AGAIN
