workers are drinking... management refuses to work with customer service. It seems as if all but a few servers are allowed to curse and drink while waiting tables...
I'm done with this place! Every time I order from here, which isn't often, something always somes up missing! Called up there to see if I could get my missing items and the woman straight up told me no because it was an uber eats order and the driver was at fault. That's CRAP because they should have had my complete order in the bag in the first place! The driver should have no reason to look in my bag because the RESTAURANT should have everything in order. our server took one hour to come take our order. he kept coming back saying he was going to take our order but never did also he didnt even bring us drinks for an hour. he over charged us by sixty dollars and took an hour to bring our bill then they put a thirty dollar gratuity fee because we were a party of 7 but made us sit at 2 tables way across the room and we weren't paying together so technically we weren't a party of 7. I drove three hours to eat here I will never ever come here again!!!!!!
This was only my second time dining at this establishment. My experience about year ago was decent. I honestly had no complaints. However, after my experience yesterday, I must say customer service is highly unacceptable. From what I could tell we were the first customers through the door upon opening. Undercooked shrimp received food poisoning
Worst restaurant ever! We went in the restaurant and ordered peach margaritas. We were given lime. The waitress was rude, didn’t explain nothing. Also the drink were on the rocks, we wanted frozen. The manager didn’t do anything to rectify the situation!!!!! Do not go there!!!! We still had to pay for stuff that we didn’t drink!
My Family of 5 we're seated at 5 pm today, we waited almost 45 minutes for someone to even come to out table to get drink orders and even then we had to stop someone to ask who our waiter was. We waited some more for water. at about 7pm we told the waiter to cancel it bc we were leaving, he told us that our food was coming out right then so we decided to sit and wait.
