7/29/2020 we went inside to order take out. The order rang to $70.24. We gave her $80.00 and she returned with $9.00 stating that they were out of coins. They couldn't afford to lose .24¢?... We won't be back.

The service was terrible and the sauce was watery. We got extra seasoning and shuck it up in bag with the extra seasoning and it was fine. But I had lost my appetite and I spent $50.00!
I hate to make a bad review, but this was overdue: The Juicy Crab Memphis WinchesterRd has to be one of THE WORST crab leg restaurants. The service sucks, the food is mediocre, and the wait time for food is horrible. I’ve tried multiple times and they are CONSISTENTLY disappointing. Maybe it’s the location, because every business in this building sucks and ends up shutting down.
