It’s 10 degrees outside and they don’t have enough consideration for the customer to draw a better plan for pickup orders. They keep their customers outside freezing to death. And have the nerve to get bad attitudes because your mad your order isn’t ready after waiting 30 minutes. Customer service 101 customers are always right and come first. Never going back unless it’s warmer.

The Crab Boil was good but the onion rings were terrible... Most of all the waiter over charged the card of $180.00 but claiming it was only $150.00 on it. Two of the employees were conversing very loud& derogatorily ,Then it was my nieces 14th birthday . She requested a complimentary slice of cake and Tabasco sauce and we haven’t received neither one yet ‼️👎 It’s The NO For Me 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ticket was $245.00 not worth the services 💯

Food was horrible and undercooked! All of my orders were wrong and one of the servers had the nastiest attitude! The waiter was disrespectful and rude in front of many customers! I have never been treated the way this server did! My new go to seafood spot is redhook right across the street the service and food is amazing ALWAYS!

first off my food came out cold, secondly it has so much garlic in that that is all I can take as I finish eating so for me there was not my best experience and I did not stay in Memphis I was just visiting, in my opinion Jackson Mississippi where I stay is way better than Memphis and is always hot,, I will not be back I'll try red Hook before I go back.

Maybe dinning in is your best bet. Ordering through Uber Eats will get you the worst food they have possible. Old, over cooked and just disgusting. Highly disappointed with food by delivery now days. Uber Eats, Door dash or whatever your delivery preference is, you should still be able to get quality food no matter what

Me and my family went there, the waitress took our order and never came back.. They never took us napkins, tools for the crab legs, amazing food but TERRIBLE service. Horrible expirience, our youngest son came back crying because he was feeling like it was racism. I would recomend "Joe's Crab Shack"

We went to celebrate my mother’s birthday and the manager was very unconcerned about honoring my mother’s request. We ordered 6 wings as an appetizer, they brought 12. We told them that and they left them in the table. When we received our checks, it was still 12 on the check. When we reminded the waiter we only ordered 6, he said the manager told him AFTER that because we are them we had to pay for them. We arrived at 1:30. It was 2:52 when we got our food. Service was slow, manager tells us that if you are not satisfied with the food than there is no accommodation, we ordered 6 wings you give us 12 and we bring it to your attention but still does not make the adjustment. our waiter and the hostess was friendly but management needs lessons on customer service. Will not be visiting again.
